This attic had outdated insulation, air leaks, and signs of mold, leading to poor energy efficiency and potential health concerns. We then removed the old insulation and installed SilverGlo EPS panels across the roof rafters, gable ends, and adjacent walls to create a conditioned attic space. The scuttle cover was air-sealed and insulated to prevent heat loss, and every step was taken to improve energy efficiency.
